The Incumbent Should Be An Mba from Reputed Institute with Flair of Leading a Team of 100 Sales Force Pan India. Branding and Selling Will His Forte with Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Team Building and Leading Skills.

his Major Role Would Be Selling and Branding the Moduler Furniture Pan India.

deliverables :

- Meet Sales Target On a Monthly/quarterly Basis.

- Ensure Relationship with Existing Client to Prevent Churn.

- Keep Track of Competitive Developments.

- Responsible for Designing, Developing and Implementing the Strategic Plans in the Most Cost Effective & Time Efficient Manner.

- Responsible for Both Day to Day Running of the Business and Developing Plans for Achieving Long/mid/short Term Business Goals.

- Responsible to Increase the Reach in Market, Acquiring New Customers, Increasing Return from Existing Accounts, Improving Customer Experience Thru Channel and Institutional Sales

- Responsible for Increasing Productivity, Reduce Down Times, Streamline Processes.
- Should have Good General Management Skills Along with High Degree of Administrative and Pr Skills.

salary : Should Not Be a Bar for Deserving Candidate
