Duties And Responsibilities:
Implementation of performance management system, goal setting, periodic review of performance, annual appraisal, performance feedback, counseling etc.

Competency Mapping, Training need identification, training calendar preparation & execution
Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with senior management and business heads.

Organization climate survey/exit interview/ relevant feedback system and propose proper OD intervention.

Setting up effective procedures for grievance redressal and employee communication

To facilitate HR in ensuring timely recruitment, induction and orientation of employees at sites & offices, provide full support during Training & Development activities at sites, communicating the policy and processes across the organization, interview process at sites, motivational activities and all such activities which require Admin support.

Employee engagement :- Role clarity, performance enhancement, appreciation culture, career planning, succession management, reward & recognition.

Salary 8 Lac To 15 Lac P.A.
