- Drafting Letter, Handling & screening calls & Responding to emails, etc.
- Handling appointments & arrangements including travel arrangements car rentals, guest house bookings, airport pick-up and drop, reservations, memberships, subscriptions, etc.
- Collect information on particular subjects through various sources.
- Handling specific assignments, prepare feedback on the project report.
- Attending important meeting and note the discussion and follow up on the decisions taken.
- Maintaining Records and Databases.
Eligibility:- Convent Educated Female Graduate with relevant Experience of 3 yrs working with any Professionally managed Company, The Incumbent must posses Excellent Communication Skills in English Language (Oral & Written) with pleasing Personality.
Position is based at Kolkata.
